  Very helpful and very friendly service. The greeter was also very patient with my parents I recommend to improve the service by sending the name and mobile number of the greeter in an e-mail or SMS message one day ahead of time

  It Was an excellent service. but please make qatar airways aware that Airport Serv. Simp. is offering their service in Doha. I have checked one day before the service and Al Maha informed me that there is no company offers airport service in Qatar but Al Maha and this created uncertainty.
